How to Prepare for a Ride Around the World

Thinking of riding around the world? Here are some travel tips to help you prepare. This list is not exhaustive but does outline the process Lee and Paul followed to get ready for their adventure in 2015 – plus some useful things they learnt along the way. Happy riding!

“Finding a home for my buddy and then leaving her – the sacrifices we make for the dream!” Says Lee. Lee was able to find a friend who was happy to care for Lilly while she travelled for a year. Fortunately they were equally happy for Lilly to return to Lee when she arrived home.

Visas

The Chinese needed photos of the bikes … it may have freaked them out if we’d sent this one taken on a charity day at Sixty Degrees Motorcycles in Melbourne!!
